Country on Stage South Korea: Hydrogen Storage for a Future of Mobility in Korea
South Korea sees hydrogen power as the country’s “future bread and butter”, especially in mobility with almost one million hydrogen vehicles by 2030 and almost three million by 2040, accelerating the transition to cleaner vehicles. But challenges remain with the technology and one of the greatest challenges of future vehicle concepts will be high-pressure vessels and the materials & processes used to manufacture tanks, as well as the development of charging infrastructure. Discover how hydrogen storage will enable the Future of Mobility and how South Korea is vying to win the race to create the first hydrogen-powered society.

Country on Stage Russia: Russian Composites Market - Effective Investments in the Present and Future
The Russian composites industry has been going through major changes in the past years. The government has been undertaking measures aimed at introducing composite materials and products, and generate demand for them. As a result, their production has demonstrated a manifold growth. In the years 2013-2018, the production tripled, which is well above the global growth rates of 4 to 7%, depending on the country. During the same period, the Russian composites market was growing from 20% to 30% annually. Russia has created and operates a powerful infrastructure and a small and medium innovative business support system, which makes a significant contribution to the development of the composites sector. This support is provided to both Russian companies and foreign companies that localize their production in Russia. Entering the fast-growing Russian composites market means effective investments in the present and in the future.
