Antonio CIANCI

Antonio started his professional career in 1996 as the manager of the first Italian eGovernment project while also a consultant to the Milan City Council. He was involved in business internationalisation projects by launching some major activities in China and other Asian countries. In 2001 he was appointed Innovation Director for the Italian Government.
He was responsible from 2009 to 2012 for the project "Italia degli Innovatori (Innovators’ Italy)", awarded during the Shanghai Expo as the best government innovation-supporting program throughout the Expo.
Antonio is a Kauffman Fellow, working on projects of innovation and venture capital in the international arena. In 2013 he co-founded AM Technology, a company that uses advanced research in physics, chemistry and materials engineering.
In 2018 he founded Air Quality Alliance, an international non-profit organization which promotes research, definition of policies and the development of technologies to improve indoor and outdoor air quality.
